Custom Embroidery in the Bay Area
Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the garment with thread. It reads as premium, never cracks or fades, and is the professional standard for polos, hats, and workwear.
What is embroidery?
Your artwork is “digitized” into a stitch file that tells an embroidery machine exactly how to lay each thread. The machine then stitches the design onto the garment. Because it’s thread rather than ink, embroidery has a textured, dimensional, high-end look that holds up to heavy, repeated wear.
Embroidery is priced by stitch count and location rather than by color, so a clean logo is both affordable and extremely durable. Very small text and fine gradients don’t stitch well, so we’ll flag anything that should be simplified or printed instead.

Embroidery, answered.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
Embroidery has a 6-piece minimum. There are no setup fees, and pricing is based mainly on stitch count, so a clean logo stays affordable even at small quantities.
Is embroidery better than printing for logos?
For polos, hats, and outerwear — usually yes. Embroidery looks premium and lasts the life of the garment. For large, colorful, or photographic designs, printing is more practical and affordable.
Do you charge per thread color?
No. Embroidery is priced mainly by stitch count and the number of locations, so most logos include several colors at no extra charge.
What’s the smallest text you can embroider?
As a rule of thumb, lettering should be at least ~4mm (about 0.15") tall to stay crisp. We’ll let you know if any part of your logo needs to be enlarged or simplified.
Can you embroider hats we provide?
In most cases, yes — though supplying your own blanks can affect our guarantee. It’s often easier and safer to choose from our headwear catalog. Ask us and we’ll advise.
