FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything about minimums, turnaround, files, and methods. Still stuck? Ask us directly.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the method. DTF has no minimum — order a single custom piece — while DTG and embroidery start at 6 pieces, vinyl at 12, and screen printing at 36. There are never any setup fees, so you only pay for what you order.

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after you approve your proof. Have a hard deadline? Tell us up front and we’ll let you know if a rush is possible.

Do you charge setup fees?

No setup fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping is free on orders over $200. Anywhere in the Bay Area, delivery is typically 1–2 days. We ship nationwide as well.

Which print method is right for my design?

It depends on your art, quantity, and garment. Bold 1–4 color designs in bulk → screen printing. Logos on polos or hats → embroidery. Full-color art or small runs → DTF or DTG. Names and numbers → vinyl. Not sure? Send us your design and we’ll recommend the best fit.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) are ideal because they scale cleanly. High-resolution PNGs or JPEGs (300 dpi at print size) work too. If all you have is a rough logo, send it anyway — we can often clean it up or recreate it.

Can I order custom shirts for my business or team?

Absolutely — that’s most of what we do. Company uniforms, team jerseys, school spirit wear, event and fundraiser tees: send us the details and we’ll quote it fast.

How do I get a quote?

Fill out our quote form with your project details — product, quantity, deadline, and artwork — and we’ll get back to you quickly, usually within one business hour.

Can I design my shirt online?

Yes. Pick any blank in our shop and hit “Design this” to open our live online designer, where you can add your artwork, choose colors and sizes, and check out.
