Custom DTG Printing in the Bay Area
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints your artwork straight into the cotton fibers with a specialized inkjet, giving a soft-hand feel and unlimited color — perfect for detailed designs and small runs.
What is DTG printing?
Think of DTG as a high-end inkjet printer for shirts: the ink is applied directly to the garment and absorbed into the fabric, so the print feels soft and lies flat. It reproduces fine detail and photographic images beautifully with no screens or setup.
DTG is at its best on 100% cotton and prints one shirt as easily as a hundred, which makes it ideal for single custom pieces and detailed art. For synthetic fabrics or the very brightest prints on dark garments, DTF is often the sturdier choice.

DTG Printing, answered.
DTG vs. screen printing?
DTG is best for one-offs and detailed, multi-color art with a soft feel. Screen printing is best for larger runs of bolder designs and costs less per shirt at volume.
What fabrics work best for DTG?
100% cotton gives the brightest, most durable DTG results. Cotton-rich blends work too; for polyester or very dark synthetics we usually recommend DTF.
Is there a minimum for DTG?
DTG has a 6-piece minimum and is great for small, detailed batches. For a true one-off single piece, DTF has no minimum at all.
How do I keep a DTG print looking new?
Wash cold, inside-out, and skip high-heat drying and harsh detergents. Cared for that way, DTG prints stay sharp for a long time.
Screen Printing
Vibrant, long-lasting ink printed straight into the fabric — the most cost-effective choice for bold designs and bigger runs.
Embroidery
Stitched thread that reads as premium and never cracks or fades — ideal for polos, hats, and workwear that has to look sharp for years.
DTF Printing
Direct-to-Film transfers deliver full-color, photo-detail prints on almost any fabric or color — no minimums and no color limits.
Vinyl & Heat Transfer
Crisp cut-vinyl lettering and numbers built to take a beating — the go-to for names, numbers, and sports uniforms.
