100% cotton is soft, breathable, and takes every print method beautifully — the safe default for most tees. Cotton/poly blends (and tri-blends) feel extra-soft and drapey, resist wrinkles, and are popular for a premium, worn-in feel. 100% polyester and performance fabrics wick moisture and suit sports and outdoor use — and print best with DTF.
Match the fabric to the use: everyday and retail → cotton or a soft blend; athletic → performance poly.
Budget vs. premium blanks
